Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Season your Salmon with salt and pepper and sprinkle the remaining herbs on top. Zest a bit of your lemon over the salmon and squeeze a bit of lemon juice as well, sprinkle a little olive oil over the salmon as well. Let marinate while you jazz up the tzatziki.
chop up the chives and mix into the tzatzki, squeeze a bit of the lemon juice in the sauce as well.
Cook your salmon for 15-20 minutes depending on your preference for doneness, I like medium rare around 15 minutes. Once your salmon is cooked, transfer to a plate and top each with a dollop of the sauce. Top with remaining lemon zest and a few sprinkles of chives for color, enjoy with a cucumber tomato salad or wild rice.
