Rub your pizza crust with olive oil and grill or sauté until grill marks appear or the crust is browned on both sides, about one minute per side. Set aside to cool.
Mix your yogurt, sour cream, chopped garlic, minced cucumber, and remaining olive oil together in a small bowl. Add a splash of red wine vinegar to the sauce if you have it.
Spread your sauce on top of the pizza crust and top with remaining ingredients, just make sure you sprinkle the chopped spinach and feta cheese last to color your pizza. You can drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and even lemon zest and enjoy!
