Ok Everyone has their take on how to make the best ribs in the world...if yours or the recipe you use involves a lot of steaming and grilling and boiling and....work....well this may be the recipe for you. I was bogged down with a party of 40 that had requested ribs among several other dishes and their was no way I would have been able to grill, prep, serve, smoke, and cook all the food without ruining something so instead I decided to slow roast these bad boys and what happened next was magical....they were the most perfect ribs I had ever tasted. Reluctantly I will share:) This is the recipe for two.
