In a medium size bowl mix the yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Peel and mince your cucumber, super fine. Sometimes when I am in a hurry I don't chop it that fine, but its best finely minced. Mince your garlic super fine as well. Throw the cucumber and garlic in the bowl, stir and season with salt to taste. Chill for 10-15 minutes for fuller flavor. I like to top it with a little fresh olive oil and ground pepper....a fresh herb of your choice and serve.
