  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and toss your mushrooms and onions in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast 15-20 minutes until browned and fragrant...you could even throw some diced garlic in.
  2. Grill or sauté your flatbread until you see grill marks, or it begins to brown if you are doing it stove top (about one minute per side).
  3. Spread the hummus over the cooled flatbread, and once your mushrooms are cooked and cooled...top the bread with all of your toppings reserving the greens and parmesan for last...slice and serve at room temperature.
