Below you will find 2 menu packs. One is gluten free and the other is vegan, each pack provides 4 meals that are 2 servings each. Below the meal pack Q is offering up some additional items for an additional purchase so be sure to check them out.
Gluten Free Menu
Meals contain zero wheat products, other grains such as rice and quinoa are used frequently.
Chicken Chili Verde Enchiladas:
Roast chicken and black beans, bell pepper, and jack cheese rolled up in corn tortillas and baked in a chili verde sauce.
Chicken Lettuce Wraps in Savory Ginger Soy Sauce:
Ground chicken, veggies, ginger and garlic; cooked in a savory ginger and garlic soy sauce. Served with Romaine Stalk for wrapping. Curried Meatballs: Spiced Meatballs sautéed with fresh veggies tossed in a savory red curry sauce, served with cauliflower rice.
Falafel Buddha Bowl:
Chick pea patties, mixed veggies, deep greens over bed of quinoa served with tzatziki yogurt sauce

Vegan meals may contain some healthy grains, but zero meat or dairy products.
Black Bean, Poblano, Quinoa Enchiladas:

Stir Fried Tempeh, veggies, greens, garlic, and ginger in a savory ginger garlic soy sauce served with romaine stalks for wrapping.
